How the Diabetic Education Center Helps
Many of the health risks of diabetes can be delayed or entirely prevented through successful management of the disease and high blood sugar levels. Successful diabetes management starts with education. By participating in our program, individuals diagnosed with diabetes learn valuable disease management solutions in a caring, supportive environment. Through an innovative, two-step approach, we help patients gain confidence in their ability to manage their diabetes and help them prevent future health issues.
