Format: 4 Person Scramble, all team members (men or women) combined handicaps must total at least 45 or more with only one team member below 10. Final score will be based on team handicap.
Max handicap allowed will be 20.
Tie breaker will be determined by a playoff, with the hole to be determined the day of the tournament.

Yoakum Community Hospital will be holding its Annual Golf Tournament on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at the Yoakum Golf Course.
Our annual YCH 2023 Driving Excellence Golf Tournament has been successful because of companies like you who have made generous donations. Your continuous support is much appreciated!
All proceeds go to the Yoakum Community Hospital Foundation. The Foundation Giving programs improve health care in our community, their activities include:
- Raising and stewarding funds
- Managing the VFW Post 2456 Nursing Scholarship Program
- Completing improvement projects for the hospital including new equipment and necessary renovations
