Physician Recruitment for Yoakum Family Practice

Family Medicine – Full Time 
 
Yoakum Community Hospital is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join our busy and thriving rural health clinic. This represents a unique opportunity for a physician interested in a country living in a beautiful, family-friendly community. This is a full-time opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule.  We offer the following:

Competitive Compensation Package

Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, etc. Compensation may also vary based on productivity after the initial guarantee period.

Candidates must be Texas licensed or eligible and meet the hospital’s medical staff credentialing standards

About the Clinic

Yoakum Family Practice is located in Yoakum, Texas on the campus of Yoakum Community Hospital.  This clinic includes multiple provider exam rooms, and procedure rooms. The primary care physician and FNP/PA team is growing, with specialty services available onsite. The office staff consists of front and back-office staff, LVN’s, and advanced practice providers.  All of the outpatient tests needed are provided at Yoakum Community Hospital, steps away from the clinic.  The specialty providers include Orthopedics, Cardiology, ENT, GI, Pain Management, Podiatry, Spine/Neuro, General Surgery, Urology, and Behavioral Health.

Yoakum, Texas is a small town of approximately 5,800 in South Central Texas and is under two hours away from San Antonio, Austin and the Houston areas.
