On behalf of the Foundation of Herbert F. “Buddy” and Leola Lampley Kluck, Dr. William Moehlman, Garlan Weber and Charles Kvinta, Jr., Trustees of the Kluck Foundation, graciously presented a $50,000 donation to the Yoakum Community Hospital Foundation on April 23, 2018, as a donation to the 3D Mammography Fundraising Campaign. Last year, The Kluck Foundation designated $50,000 to go towards the 3D Mammography Fundraiser. This new equipment is an important necessity, as it will allow the hospital to provide earlier and faster detection of breast cancer, as much as 15 months earlier than their current technology. It is less invasive, more accurate, and reduces the wait time for diagnosis significantly.
