On behalf of the Foundation of Herbert F. “Buddy” and Leola Lampley Kluck, Dr. William Moehlman and Garlan Weber, Trustees of the Kluck Foundation, presented a generous $75,000 donation to Yoakum Community Hospital on August 6th, 2019. “This generous donation will go towards the cost of our new colonoscopy and endoscopy equipment,” said Karen Barber, Yoakum Community Hospital, CEO. The Olympus EVIS EXERA III video endoscopy and colonoscopy equipment is setting new standards with advances in visualization, operator control, and workflow management.
Dr. Richard Rogers, Gastroenterologist, has been performing colonoscopies and endoscopies at Yoakum Community Hospital since 1998. “Dr. Rogers has already been able to use this new equipment during procedures and has seen firsthand an improvement in overall results and patient comfort. We cannot thank the Kluck Foundation enough for supporting us in purchasing this state of the art equipment,” said Karen Barber.
