Yoakum Community Hospital recognized employee, Sarah Garcia, CNA (Med/Surg) as the recipient of the 2018 October-December RISING STAR Award on Wednesday, October 3rd. Sarah has been a full time Certified Nurse Assistant since June 6, 2017. She was chosen for this honor by exceedingly demonstrating the qualities of YCH’s core values of R.I.S.E. (Respect. Integrity. Stewardship. Excellence.) Sarah was presented with a commemorative star plaque for her exceptional performance by her department manager, Monica Ordonez.
