Yoakum Family Practice along with Yoakum Community Hospital had the wonderful opportunity to participate in the Teachers Trade Show for Yoakum ISD.  We were most excited to showcase our clinic providers with a flyer titled  “We’re all pieces of the puzzle who work together to complete the picture of better health for you and your family”.   We loved meeting all the Yoakum ISD staff and having the chance to introduce our newest Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Patton.  We would like to thank all of the Yoakum ISD staff who stopped by to say hello and we wish you all a successful school year.
