Yoakum Community Hospital recognized employee, Amber Galvan (Health Information Management Department,) as the recipient of the 2018 April-June RISING STAR Award on Wednesday, April 11th. Amber was chosen for this honor by exceedingly demonstrating the qualities of YCH’s core values of R.I.S.E. (Respect. Integrity. Stewardship. Excellence.) At her reception, Amber was presented with a commemorative star plaque for her exceptional performance by her department director, Phyllis Jacobs and Chief Financial Officer, John Olivares.
