Volunteer Opportunities
Join Us to Give Back
Yoakum Community Hospital is full of volunteering opportunities.
Club Med is a volunteer program for Yoakum and St. Paul High School juniors and seniors interested in exploring healthcare careers through monthly meetings, provider shadowing, and hands-on experiences at Yoakum Community Hospital. Many former members have gone on to become healthcare professionals, and the program’s goal is to inspire the next generation to serve their communities. Call Crystal Harris at (361) 293-2321 to learn more.
The Yoakum Community Hospital Auxiliary, known as the “Pink Ladies,” supports patients, visitors, and staff by volunteering their time to run the gift shop, deliver mail, create tray favors, and raise funds for hospital equipment and nursing scholarships. Membership is open to anyone interested in community health, and more information is available by calling Auxiliary President Suzanne Sestak at (361) 293-2321.
